What is the age limit?

• You must be 21 years old and have a valid state ID. No exceptions.

Is there a dress code?

• Yes. Neat, Casual Fitted Attire. Management has sole discretion with regards to enforcing our dress code. Management also reserves the right to deny entry for argumentative, rude or offensive behavior.

Is there coat check?

• Yes, it's $3 per person. 

What do I need to bring to get in?

• A state ID that matches the name you used to purchase the ticket. We will have a list at the door. 

What if I bought more than one ticket, like for someone else or a group of people?

• You will receive one wristband for entry, for each ticket you purchase. Please try to coordinate with your guests to show up around the same time to avoid confusion. There is a large indoor lobby area to meet up with people.

My friend bought me a ticket, how do I get in?

• Please bring your ID and meet your friend outside the event in the lobby so they can give you an entry wristband. Also, your friend is awesome.

I missed the ticket cutoff time, but I still want to come!

• If we do not sell out, we will be taking cover charge at the door. The price will be $20 more than the last sold out ticket bracket and include everything that online ticket include.

What if I show up late?

• Because you will be receiving the same perks as everyone else, there wont be any discounts for tickets if you show up late. There may be reduced cover charge after midnight.

What kind of music will the DJs play?

• Our DJs will play current hits, throwbacks, club classics and anything that makes you move!

Do VIP upgrades include general (GA) admission? 

• No. Every guest must purchase a GA ticket for entry. All VIP upgrades are additional.

How do I purchase a VIP upgrade?

• After purchasing a GA ticket, you will receive a conformation email with instructions on how to purchase upgrades. Please make sure all people in your party purchase a GA ticket for entry. If you purchase an table or VIP area, you will be able to host that space and invite anyone with a ticket to enjoy it.
• If you would like to purchase tickets for a group, AND a VIP upgrade area, please purchase the total amount of tickets you need and contact our host via the instructions you receive in the ticket purchase conformation.

Is there parking?

• Yes, but not associated with LSL or FTW. There are public ramps nearby, but we recommend public transportation or cabs. 

Can I come in for dinner before the event?

• Yes, but at 8:30pm you must visit the ticket registration booth. If you purchased a ticket ahead of time, we will check you in. If not, you will have to purchase a ticket for the evening.

Can I order food from the menu?

• Yes, but the menu will be a limited version of the regular menu. 

Can I leave and come back?

• Yes. You will get a wristband for re-entry to both venues.

Does this ticket include anything at the AMC River East movie theater in the building?

• No, but feel free to catch a show before the event!

I purchased a ticket, but now I cant go. Can I get a refund?

• Sorry, but all sales are final.

Are tickets transferable?

• Tickets are not transferable to other people.

Does the ticket price include gratuity?

• No, please tip your servers and bartenders.
